Item took a very long time to arrive. Also seller did not send item timely.

Great product. The tightening screw is not that long. My Canon speedlight 430EXII has a small head so I put a piece of wood on top of it so the tightening screw can reach and fixate the speedlight. The mount can only be used for speedlights. If you need a bowens mount, you have to order another version. I like this product very much because it is portable and easy to setup.
