Just like the description. It took 8 days to reach spain (very fast). Very good value.

This is not foam backed tape, it's just adhesive tape. instead of being in a dispenser you need to cut it to length and try to peel off the backing which is difficult. I prefer the adhesive tape in a dispenser instead. Not what I thought it would be but the description does say double sided adhesive tape.
