This item is of good quality metal and cuts well. NOTE: I would suggest using double-sided adhesive to your card stock before cutting it out to make it easier to apply to your cards or projects. Also, you should use a precision cutting plate and run it through more than once so it cuts all the way through all thicknesses. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and the service I received.
