The height is higher then i think, its ok i like it. The ball head is not so nice, feels cheap and the plate doesn't have a lock mechanism after you un-tight it from the ball head so be carefull when you release it.Overall i like this tripod, cheap but usefull, recomended for all photography enthusias.Never contact the seller but considering his fast delivery and the item is sent as described I can say the seller is trustworthy, thanks.
