Delivery was unbelievably quick, took less than a full week to arrive. The quality of the product seems good, although the cable is a bit short. Can't say anything about the noise, as my motherboard likes to run it at 3000rpm all the time, at that speed it's kind of noisy though... But that's something wrong with the motherboard, not the fan.
Good fans (used, slightly dirty, wires rejected but not deadly), of the 5 tachometer and pwm at all 5 works ok.Came 3 pcs. Ps47, 1 pcs Ps18 (starts at minimum speed and then in ~ 3 seconds accelerates) and 1 pc Ps20.Revolutions at a maximum-4000 rpm, naturally noise.At lower-quite quiet.You can lubricate (you need to unpick the circle under the sticker).Current at 12 v-0.37a.

The parcel was 25 days, tracked. The fan works: at low rpm quiet (my power supply is louder) and at more than 60% 2300 rpm the hum appears. I have enough <1000 rpm even with games. Purchase satisfied.

The fan is less, but at 12 volts it is like a jet. Even at 8 volts noisy, less quiet at 5 v. The order came quickly. Packed in a puffy and cortone box. The order was tracked. For such a price you can take if there is nothing better near.
