I needed a small pad and this one is perfect in size. The bottom stays "fixed" to the table, making it more comfortable. It's pretty consistent (if you're looking for something soft, it's not the case) but it is comfortable (it performs its function perfectly). The color is equal to the photo and the touch is soft.
